What is the top ranked city in the central United States primed to become the most attractive location for companies seeking to establish a new headquarters? It’s right here in the Volunteer State, but its name might surprise you.
According to a study by The Boyd Company, a site selection firm, it would be Mt. Juliet, just east of Nashville. The study, summarized in an article in WRAL TechWire, reflected post-pandemic, remote working corporate relocation trends by analyzing “all major geographically-variable cost factors critical to site selection.” Those included a region’s labor market, real estate markets, construction industry, utilities, taxes, and travel availability.
