Smartria announces partnership with Gainesville, FL-based TradePMR
The two companies will integrate their platforms and deliver TradePMR's custodial data into Smartria's compliance software.
Two companies – one based in Knoxville and the other in Gainesville, FL – have announced a collaboration focused on Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).
As outlined in this news release, Smartria and TradePMR have partnered to integrate their platforms and deliver TradePMR’s custodial data into Smartria’s compliance software. The partnership allows customers of both Sproviders to connect their accounts on each platform so that employee, client, and account custody data appears in Smartria. Compliance teams can then use TradePMR data for employee trade monitoring as well as client account holdings for annual reviews, quarterly transaction reports, and other key compliance activities.
“Our focus is on enabling our advisors to spend their time on relationships and growth,” said Scott Victoria, TradePMR’s Chief Operations Officer. “The goal (is) to make it easier for advisors to both custody their clients’ data but also stay in compliance with rules and regulations.”
Patrick Hunt, the newly named Smartria Chief Executive Officer, offered similar comments.
