Sky City Entrepreneur Center launches monthly podcast
Titled Ignition, the podcast will feature stories of business owners in Blount County. First episode features Marcus Blair, Founder of Omega Digital Solutions and Sky City Board President.
Add the Sky City Entrepreneur Center in Maryville to the list of organizations supporting start-ups that now has its own podcast series.
“Thanks to our friends at Epic Nine Marketing Outfitters, we’re bringing Blount County business owners’ stories straight to you, every month,” Sky City announced via email. Titled Ignition, the podcast has a unique format. Sky City Community Manager Shannon Bryant will host each monthly show but with a twist. In each episode, the previous interviewee becomes the interviewer, in a chain reaction of authentic, unfiltered business start-up conversations.
“You’ll find out what it really takes to start a hometown business, from a variety of industries and perspectives,” the promotional email reads.
The first episode is a conversation with Marcus Blair, Founder of Omega Digital Solutions and Sky City Board President. They talk about life-changing events, life-changing decisions, and Marcus’s ongoing struggle with marketing. It is now live on Spotify, Pandora, Amazon Music, and Apple Podcasts.
