PYA, RTG move Knoxville offices to accommodate growth
The move to the heart of the Bearden Business District represents both firms' commitments to investing in the city.
On Wednesday afternoon, PYA and Realty Trust Group (RTG) announced they will relocate both firms’ Knoxville offices into a newly purchased 60,000-square-foot building in the heart of the city’s Bearden Business District. PYA and RTG plan to occupy 45,000 square feet in the building, while the remaining 15,000 square feet will be available for lease.
The Brookvale II building, located at 6016 Brookvale Lane, is undergoing renovations to prepare for the move, which will take place in 2025 to accommodate more space for client collaboration and team expansion.
