New site named StartingBlockChattanooga.com launched in Gig City
The Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce has announced the launch of a new website that offers support for businesses ranging from start-ups to enterprises that are scaling.
As described in yesterday’s news release (Chattanooga Chamber Announcement), StartingBlockChattanooga.com is designed to connect entrepreneurs and small business owners to local free or low-cost business resources. The site is powered by SourceLink® and made possible through Coronavirus Aid Relief Economic Security (CARES) funding with sustaining sponsorship from The Chambliss Startup Group, Tennessee Valley Authority, and Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union.
“The Starting Block is a dream come true for our entrepreneurial ecosystem,” said Alexis Willis, Small Business and Entrepreneurship Director at the Chattanooga Chamber. “New founders on the block are now able to access all available resources in one place, making it easier for entrepreneurs and small business owners to focus on what they do best.”
