Nashville-based HavenLock adds two investors to its Board
The veteran-launched start-up is one of the early portfolio companies of Knoxville-based Veteran Ventures Capital.
HavenLock Inc., a Veteran Ventures Capital portfolio company, has announced the appointment of two new seasoned Board members. According to this news release from the Nashville-based start-up, the new directors are James Rothstein and Janice Orlando.
The former brings more than 30 years of invaluable experience in the security industry, having served at major corporations in the security distributor space at the executive level. He currently is an Operating Partner at Lee Equity Partners in New York and Chairman of the Security Industry Association.
Orlando has been has been closely involved with HavenLock as an angel investor for several years. She is a member of the Executive Committee of Pasadena Angels, a Venture Partner with Untapped Ventures, and an expert in production, manufacturing, and Software-as-a-Service technologies with several successful exits.
