Mark Field has been with the organization for 21 years.
After 21 years at the Knoxville Chamber, Mark Field, Senior Vice President of Investor Development and Experience, has made the decision to retire at the end of this year.
“It has been an amazing adventure and honor that is marked by so many wonderful memories and experiences serving our thriving business community,” said Field. He went on to thank the longtime investors in the Chamber along with the Chamber team.
Field continued, saying, “I especially want to thank the community for all the worthwhile discussions and for your investment in our great Chamber and our region. It has been a pleasure to work alongside our hardworking and dedicated team who love Knoxville and Knox County and serve as models of professionalism. They have been a constant source of inspiration and energy for me.”
Amanda O’Dell, current Director of Investor Experience, will assume the role of Vice President of the department after Field’s retirement.
“Mark has dedicated over two decades to the chamber and our mission. The organization, the business community, and the region as a whole are better for it,” said Mike Odom, Knoxville Chamber President and Chief Executive Officer. “We will sincerely miss him, but we are excited for him as he transitions into this next stage of his life.”
