Live Nation acquires majority ownership of AC Entertainment
A global entertainment company has acquired controlling interest in a legendary Knoxville company started 25 years ago. Live Nation Entertainment, which bought controlling interest in AC Entertainment’s Bonnaroo music festival two years ago, is now the majority owner of the entire company. AC Entertainment, which Founder Ashley Capps will continue to lead, has operations in Chattanooga and Nashville in addition to Knoxville. Click here to read yesterday’s announcement.
