
Life Science Venture Program features two compliance experts from PYA
Sarah Bowman and Zach Doolin will lead a session on "Starting Right: Compliance Considerations for Start-ups" next Tuesday at PYA's Knoxville headquarters
Two colleagues at PYA, the power behind teknovation.biz, will co-present when the new Life Science Venture Program holds its third educational session next week in Knoxville.
Scheduled for 3:30 to 5 p.m. EDT on April 8 at PYA’s Knoxville headquarters, 2220 Sutherland Avenue, the session is titled “Starting Right: Compliance Considerations for Start-ups.” It will be co-led by:
- Sarah Bowman, a PYA Principal and nationally recognized revenue integrity, revenue management, and regulatory compliance expert who specializes in regulatory compliance matters related to the 340B Program, proxy work relative value unit (work RVU) analyses, and initiatives related to black box payer reimbursement modeling; and
- Zach Doolin, also a PYA Principal who advises physician practices and healthcare systems in the areas of fair market value compensation; commercial reasonableness; physician compensation design, development, and strategy; physician/hospital economic alignment models; and value-based compensation.
Participants can attend the educational session online or in person. Those attending in person are encouraged to stick around for a Beer & Biotech networking reception that will take place immediately afterward from 5 to 7 p.m. EDT at Schulz Bräu Brewing Company.
