Monique Quarterman will lead the consortium comprised of the University of Louisville, University of Kentucky, Cabinet for Economic Development, and Kentucky Science and Technology Corporation. The group’s purpose is to provide commercialization services for state universities that don’t produce enough research to justify having their own commercialization department.
