Four Knoxville area companies make latest rankings from Inc. Magazine
Regional listing of fastest growing privately held companies includes 19 others from across the Volunteer State.
Four Knoxville area companies made Inc. Magazine’s listing of the fastest-growing privately held companies over the last two years out of 23 cited across the state.
- Axle Logistics was the highest-ranked company in Knoxville on the rankings, placing #9 among all Tennessee companies and #56 among all in the Southeast region.
- M & M Productions USA of Oak Ridge was #17 among Tennessee companies and #143 overall in the region.
- Mountaineer Cleaning and Maintenance placed #20 in Tennessee and #164 in the Southeast.
- The Boldsquare Group was #22 in the Volunteer State and #185 in the region.
Those making the list are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2020 to 2022. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2020. They must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent — not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies as of December 31, 2022. The minimum revenue requirements are $100,000 for 2020 and $1 million for 2022.
