Finalists named for “InvestTN Pitch Competition”
The event is the finale of a daylong program during "3686" next Tuesday in Nashville.
Launch Tennessee has announced the five start-ups that will compete in next week’s “InvestTN Pitch Competition” on September 10 during the “3686” event.
Presented by Amazon, the winner of the competition walks away with a $10,000 cash prize and connections to power the year ahead, plus the potential to secure funding through Launch Tennessee’s investment arm, InvestTN.
The finalists are:
- Fathom, founded by JoAdel Adeola, makes it easy to find, employ, and track talent in the world of work.
- The MasRefund app, founded by Simon Karmarkar, revolutionizes tax filing by making it as easy as uno, dos, tres!
- Onrise, co-founded by Kim Quigley, MD, is the first-to-market, athlete-specific telehealth solution with a full mental health care offering of peer support, therapy and psychiatric care. Onrise is care that athletes trust and want to use.
- Perseus Materials, co-founded by Dan Lee, invents new ways to build our largest load-bearing structures reliably, quickly, and at low-cost.
- TuneHatch, founded by Christal Hector, Nathan Youssef, and Reece Franklin, is an end-to-end show management platform for live music and entertainment. They make show management easy — empowering venues, promoters, and artists to do more shows in less time and sell more tickets.
