Fall “Vol Court” kicks-off next week, ends with pitch competition on November 1
The University of Tennessee, Knoxville’s (UT) semi-annual “Vol Court Speaker Series and Pitch Competition” kicks-off next week.
Hosted by the Anderson Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation in the Haslam College of Business, the five-week series begins Wednesday, September 27, and ends November 1 with the pitch competition. Up to $1,500 in cash plus other benefits will be awarded.
“Whether you have a start-up or are just interested in entrepreneurship, ‘Vol Court’ is a great opportunity,” Shawn Carson, the program’s Director, says. “The schedule is designed to introduce participants to entrepreneurship and give them a starting point to help advance their ideas into reality.”
