Creatives from across East Tennessee head to the Maker City Summit this weekend
This year the summit will run from September 27 to the 29th at the Maker Exchange downtown.
The Maker City, through the help of the Knoxville Entrepreneur Center, welcomes the city’s brightest, most creative makers to the annual Maker City Summit as a part of Innov865 Week. The cost to attend is $95.
What to expect?
Workshops and Panels: Learn from experts on how to scale your business, attract customers, and build a sustainable brand.
Networking Opportunities: Connect with like-minded makers and industry leaders throughout the event.

Special Events:
Summit Soirée (Friday): Meet speakers and network with other makers in a relaxed social setting. This event also marks the beginning of Innov865 week with the Innov865 Alliance. This event is open to the entire maker community!
Headshots (Saturday): Get professional headshots with Aaron Ingram, Photographer and Able Trade’s Photography Studio Manager.
Expert Sessions: Sign up for one-on-one meetings with experts on topics such as marketing, accounting, pricing, and website design. These sessions will be scheduled post-Summit at a mutually agreed-upon location.
One of the most notable opportunities for attendees is the ability to sit down one-on-one with an industry expert.
