Chattanooga’s smart community initiative finalist for national award, but votes are needed
The “Chattanooga Smart Community Collaborative,” which we spotlighted in a recent two-part series (Part 1 and Part 2) on teknovation.biz, has been nominated as a finalist in the “IDC Smart Cities North America Awards” for 2019. Specifically, the city is a finalist in the education category. In an email yesterday, Ken Hays of The Enterprise Center wrote: “We are thrilled that Chattanooga is a finalist (but) we must get a high number of votes to win in our category. Would you mind taking a moment to vote and encourage members of your organization to do so?” The link to voting is here.
