Charleston’s “Dig South” technology conference and festival opened to record crowds on Tuesday and a series of pitch competitions that ranged from students with early stage ideas and start-ups from the local Harbor Entrepreneur Center to better established technology companies from around the Carolinas and Georgia with larger scale goals.
