The Knoxville Entrepreneur Center is excited to launch another cohort of CO.STARTERS this fall.
CO.STARTERS is a 10-week business development program that helps aspiring entrepreneurs put ideas into action, and turn a passion into a sustainable and thriving small business. Applications are now open for the September 2023 Cohort.
If you’re an aspiring entrepreneur, or a seasoned entrepreneur looking to launch a new product or service, CO.STARTERS is for you. CO.STARTERS helps you build your business plan in a flexible community environment.
The only real prerequisites are:
- Having a business idea you’re ready, willing, and excited to share and work on; and
- A willingness to study, shape and fine-tune that idea in a supportive, collaborative, and welcoming environment.
If you’re creative, community-minded, and serious about turning your passion into a sustainable small business, we’re looking for you. No business plan is required.
The program will begin September 13th and run for 10 consecutive weeks on Wednesdays from 5:30-8:30 p.m. This year the CO.STARTERS program is welcoming a new facilitator, Anna Wiggins. She created, grew, and recently sold Loveliest Bridal, an intimate wedding dress boutique in South Knoxville. As a facilitator, she will help guide and educate this CO.STARTERS cohort through the program, along with other educators, guest speakers, active entrepreneurs, and professionals.
“As a CO.STARTERS graduate, I’m honored and thrilled to now have the opportunity to serve as a facilitator,” Wiggins said. “I look forward to helping other aspiring business owners take that next step toward achieving their goals while having a front-row seat to all the magic that takes place in this community setting.”
