UT Center for Industrial Services launches unique solution to workforce woes
The inaugural Tennessee Workforce Development Academy is now open for registration.
The topic of “workforce” is repeatedly one of the top reported issues in East Tennessee. Worries about talent retention and upskilling riddle business owners, as they try to figure out how to continue growing with an unqualified workforce. The University of Tennessee Center for Industrial Services is launching a first-of-its-kind training program for workforce development professionals.
The Tennessee Workforce Development Academy will be in Knoxville from February 18-20. The two-and-a-half-day event is now open for registration.
