StartupWeekCincy comes days after Innov865 Week in Knoxville
About 70 different sessions are scheduled for the four-day event,
If you don’t get enough start-up activities during the upcoming Innov865 Week September 27 through October 4 in Knoxville, you can travel northwest for about 250 miles and attend StartupCincy.
The festivities run October 7-10 and include a jam-packed agenda with 70 sessions over the four days of programming. Up first on October 7 is Nikki Boehmker, Executive Director of Cintrifuse, speaking on the “State of the Ecosystem: StartupCincy Today.” Other sessions on the opening day include:
- “Navigating the Ecosystem: A Founder’s Perspective”;
- “Cincy’s Got Start-ups!: A Start-up Showcase”;
- “Unlock the Power of Miami University’s Start-up Ecosystem”; and
- “Harnessing University Partnerships for Start-up Talent Acquisition.”
Other sessions throughout the three following days include:
- “The State of Venture: Perspectives from Tech Hubs”;
- “So You Want to Be An Angel Investor”;
- “Transforming Bioscience in Northern Kentucky & Cincinnati: From Services to Start-ups”;
- “Start-up Near Death Experiences”;
- “Getting Money Without Giving Equity”; and
- “How to Build Million Dollar Brands.”
