Let Her Lead announces 2024 cohort of local leaders

Let Her Lead is a leadership program developed by Catherine Porth at Let Her Speak.

Let Her Speak has officially announced the 2024 cohort of the Let Her Lead program. It provides women with the necessary tools, resources, and social capital to become the leaders our modern community needs. It also offers tracks for both aspiring leaders and established leaders to learn together, grow their networks, and challenge each other.

Both cohorts will undergo sessions about confidence, communication, finance, empathetic leadership, and bias.

Meet the 2024 Aspiring Leaders Cohort

 

The participants are Chania Arnold of Girl Talk Inc., Orel Brodt of Alliance Sotheby’s International Realty, Jessica Carr of Girls Gotta Eat Good Asian Bakery, Latonya Clark of YWCA Knoxville & the TN Valley, Kryshonna Fair of Urz Professional, and Marisa Higgins at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Meet the 2024 Established Leaders Cohort

The experienced participants, who will serve as mentors and experts are Caitlin Bolden with the Knoxville Opera, Kristy DuBose with the Koinonia Foundation, Eva Kyle with The Muse Knoxville, Lorena Meza Hubbard at the YWCA Knoxville & the TN Valley, Maddey Puckett with Fidelity Investments, and Leslie Smith at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL).
