PYA named “Top Workplace,” Marty Brown honored with “Leadership Award”
The Top Workplaces designations recognize companies in East Tennessee that create outstanding workplace cultures for employees.
For the sixth time, PYA has earned the “Top Workplace” designation by the Knoxville News Sentinel (KNS).
Additionally, PYA President and Chief Executive Officer Marty Brown received a 2024 Knox News Top Workplaces Leadership Award. PYA is the only accounting and professional services firm named in the midsize category.
The Top Workplaces designations recognize companies in East Tennessee that create outstanding workplace cultures for employees. The award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous, voluntary third-party survey that measures several aspects of the workplace culture including alignment, execution, and connection. The Leadership Award is based on employee survey results compared across all results in each category. The award reflects a consensus of employees who relayed they trust the leader and believe he is leading the company in a positive direction.
