Only a few days left to apply to “Let Her Lead” cohort!

The applications are open until Sunday, July 28 at 11:59 p.m.

Let Her Speak is calling for applications for its new cohort of Let Her Lead. The dual-cohort program is aimed at both women who are already in leadership and those who are aspiring to be. The Let Her Lead program provides women with the necessary tools, resources, and social capital to become the leaders our modern world needs.

This one-of-a-kind program will help both aspiring leaders and established leaders to learn together, grow their networks, and challenge each other.

What can applicants expect?

A dozen people will be selected for the program – 6 women per cohort.

Aspiring leaders will work on establishing a foundation of confidence, communication skills, and financial literacy – the bedrock of what an effective leader needs – while giving them opportunities to grow their social capital and pursue personal development. They will also receive a $1,000 – $2,000 stipend to pursue leadership goals.

Established leaders in the program will grow their skillsets in empathetic leadership, active listening, and unconscious bias – all skills needed for modern-day leaders – while giving them opportunities to apply their learnings in a safe space.

Let Her Lead, aspiring leaders, cohort 1

Abby Hassler, the Director of Creative Strategy for Piper Communications is a graduate of the first cohort of aspiring leaders for Let Her Lead and said it was a great investment in her professional and personal development.

“When life gets busy, long-term personal and professional goals can get put on hold. Dedicating time each week to unite with like-minded women to strategize and grow together was amazing. Getting to know and love my fellow aspiring cohort members was the best part for me. We still meet every month to bounce ideas and share our latest struggles and triumphs. I’m so thankful to Catherine and the Let Her Speak community for offering opportunities like this. I would encourage anyone to apply,” Hassler said.

Participants in the program will also receive professional photographs, a mentor or professional coach, and an opportunity to present at the Her Legacy event.

What is the commitment?

The cohort will last for five months from September 11th to February 19th, meeting every other Wednesday from 6 -8 p.m.

The tuition for the aspiring leader cohort is $375 and the established leader cohort is $525 (part of this tuition helps to cover the cost of an aspiring leader to promote women supporting women).
