News & Notes | KEVA hosting “EVs in the Smokies” on Saturday

About 20,000 people expected for three-day "Bitcoin 2024" conference later this month in Nashville.

From Knoxville:

The Knoxville Electric Vehicle Association (KEVA) will host its annual “EVs in the Smokies” this Saturday, July 13, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. EDT at Peaceful Side Social Brewery and Craft Kitchen, 7967 E Lamar Alexander Pkwy, Townsend.

KEVA says it is an excellent opportunity to check out the wide range of EVs on the road today, all in one place. Talk with owners to hear what it’s like living with an EV. Ride in or drive some that interest you (subject to age and a few other restrictions). Enjoy food and beverages at the Peaceful Side Social (PSS) and fresh made ice cream at the PSS Creamery.

RADPAIR, a Knoxville-headquartered healthcare technology company, and RamSoft®, a Toronto-based global leader in cloud-based Radiology Information Solutions/Picture Archiving and Communication System (RIS/PACS) solutions, have announced a new partnership. Under their new collaboration, the companies will integrate an artificial intelligence-driven (AI) radiology report into the OmegaAI® platform.

This collaboration marks a pivotal advancement in AI-driven enterprise imaging by combining RamSoft’s OmegaAI, a PACS/RIS/Vertebral Motion Analysis (VMA) platform with RADPAIR’s cutting-edge generative AI (GenAI) platform for automated report generation. The parties will shortly be releasing the same integration of RADPAIR’s AI report generation application with RamSoft’s PowerServerTM platform. This will enable thousands of current RamSoft users to leverage the power of automated GenAI reporting.

Founded in 2023, RADPAIR leverages genAI technology to enhance radiology report generation. The company offers a web-based solution that simplifies the creation of radiology reports, allows for natural language input and automatic formatting, and provides a suite of features for easy editing and customization of reports.

“Partnering with RamSoft accelerates our mission to empower radiologists globally with cutting-edge AI tools, setting an improved benchmark for patient care,” said Dr. Avez Rizvi, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RADPAIR.
