Nationally, we are experiencing a crisis in child care. In Knoxville, working parents can’t find suitable childcare solutions outside of traditional schools. The Knoxville Chamber and United Way of Greater Knoxville are committed to advocating for childcare issues. We want to provide employers with information and support that will allow them to help, and keep, their working parents.

The Knoxville Chamber has invited expert panelists to come together and share how businesses in our community can:

• advocate at the local and state level for childcare issues
• support their working parent employees
• and hear from companies who have successfully implemented innovative childcare solutions
