Fall “Vol Court” begins next week

This semester's sessions feature three entrepreneurs and a Johnson City actor, comedian, and filmmaker known for viral comedy videos centered around sports, especially college football.

The fall edition of the “Vol Court Speakers Series & Pitch Competition” starts the day after Labor Day (September 5) with four entrepreneurs speaking at the weekly sessions ahead of the pitch competition on October 3.

Hosted by the Anderson Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation in the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, the twice-a-year event provides student entrepreneurs with insights from those who have pursued their entrepreneurial passions and the lessons they have learned along the way.

Each session in the series begins at 5:30 p.m. EDT in Room 403 of the Haslam Business Building. Here’s the lineup:

“Vol Court” would not be possible without the generous support of the event’s sponsor –  The Scott and Dianna Roe Foundation.
