“Innovation Crossroads” alum Nth Cycle continues to draw more and more global attention.
This time, the Boston-based company is listed as one of the “BloombergNEF Climate-Tech Startups to Watch in 2023.” That follows its April recognition for winning the “BloombergNEF Pioneers 2023 Award” in the category “Sustainable Metals and Materials for an Electrified Future” for the company’s electro-extraction process named The Oyster.
About the latest recognition, Nth Cycle posted this message on social media: “We, along with 11 other #leaders in the clean energy industry, were chosen out of hundreds of applicants for our game-changing technologies or #innovations with the potential to accelerate global decarbonization and halt climate change. As validated by a third party, The Oyster is able to reduce GHG (greenhouse gas) emissions by 92 percent compared to traditional methods. We aim to refine critical metals from a variety of feedstocks and keep it in a closed-loop supply chain forever.”
Nth Cycle was co-founded by Meghan O’Connor who serves as Chief Executive Officer.
