Erika Biddix announces launch of “Aught Retreats,” first session late next month

Erika Biddix, Founder of Aught which has two co-working spaces in Knoxville, has announced the launch of “Aught Retreats,” a women’s business leadership retreat focusing on supporting female entrepreneurs.

The inaugural “Aught Retreat” will be held Wednesday, September 28, through Saturday, October 1, at Aught Downtown Knoxville
co-working office. The programming is focused on strategic planning for female entrepreneurs, helping to redefine the entrepreneurship journey for women-led businesses.

“Time will be spent helping entrepreneurs design a life and business ownership model structured around their own personal definition of success,” Biddix says. Attendees will have time to craft a plan that allows them to succeed on their own terms and bring joy to their work.

“An Aught retreat is unlike any other,” she adds. “At this retreat, we will help get your to-do list shortened, your email inbox under control, and whatever mental load that keeps you up at night whittled down so you can focus on your why, and the impact
you’re having on others and the community through your business.”
