Facebook’s decentralization of office space could be a major trend
We’ve speculated with several people on the impact that the COVID-19 pandemic might have on traditional office space needs, particularly of larger corporations. That possibility became more probable with last week’s statement by Facebook’s Founder that it would be creating new company hubs in Atlanta, Denver and Dallas as part of a move to decentralize is workforce with possibly 50 percent working remotely in the next five to 10 years.
