Chattanooga’s Pass It Down is semi-finalist for $100,000 prize in Baton Rouge competition
Chattanooga’s Pass It Down has been selected as one of 11 semi-finalists for the $100,000 pitch competition that is part of “Baton Rouge Entrepreneurship Week,” an annual start-up business conference known as BREW.
The company, founded by Chris Cummings, builds software that enables museums to have virtual storytelling event timelines. It is the only out-of-state start-up among the 11 and would be required to relocate its headquarters to Louisiana if it won the top prize. Four of the 11 companies will become finalists and pitch November 15.
